Partner Support
The Trove Partner Support team is available to support Partners to access services and make the best use of Trove. We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. As Trove Collaborative Services is an initiative of the National Library of Australia, we will respond in accordance with the NLA Service Charter.
Holiday closure
The Trove Partner Support service closes from 12.00noon (AEDT) Wednesday 24 December 2025 until Friday 2 January 2026 inclusive.
Trove Partner Support will operate with limited service in the following dates in December 2025 and January 2026:

Trove Partners Resource Sharing
To register for Trove Partners Resource Sharing, update your account information or suspend your account for a period of time, please use the forms below. For all other resource sharing enquiries please contact Trove Partner Support.

Trove Partners Cataloguing
If you find any data issues or something in the new system that is not quite working as you'd expect, we recommend checking our Trove Partners Cataloguing known issues register to see if the Trove support team is already working on it.
Reach out to us about any cataloguing and data issues you're experiencing using our dedicated report an issue form. To help us investigate issues, we ask you to please provide us with some screenshots or examples of the issue.

Report a technical issue
If you want to report a problem or technical issue with any of our Trove Partner Services, please contact Trove Support.
If you find something in Trove is not quite working as you'd expect, we recommend checking our page on known IT issues to see if the technical team is already working on it. The Trove system updates page also shares recent fixes and release notes on updates to the Trove system and includes a list of frequently asked questions that we update regularly.
