Yesterday was the hottest day in
Lismore since October 1. The maxi
mum reading at the Post Office to
3 p.m. was 901 degrees, compared
with 87 degrees on Sunday and 90
degrees on October 1.
The minimum temperature to 9
a.m. was 55 degrees, being 6-4 de
grees higher than the previous
day. There was a mild e£ist
north-east wind.
