Governor-in-Council for a Loan of
£1,800, for Waterworks purposes.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Trustees of the River Clyde propose
to borrow a sum not exceeding Eighteen
Hundred Pounds (£1,800), for the purpose
of cutting a new channel from Lake
Crescent to the River Clyde, and erect-
ing a new weir at the site of the present
hatch and dam.
The plans and specifications prepared
for that purpose, and estimate of such
works, and this statement, will be open
for inspection at the Trust's Office, Town
Hall, Bothwell, for the space of one
month from this date, within which time
any Five Ratepayers may demand a
Poll to be taken on a date to be fixed
in accordance with the provisions of
The Local Bodies Loans Act."
