Part Section 14A1, Hundred of
Stokes, containing 1 acre. The
Cockaleechie School building was
formerly on this Section but was
removed in 1941.
The existing Certificate of Title
would be transferred to the pur
chaser, who would be liable for all
fees and stamp duty, and any rates
and taxes declared from the date of -
acceptance of offer.
Intending purchasers must furnish
their full natnes, addresses and oc
cupations, and give details of any
war service.
Neither the highest nor any tender
necessarily accepted.
Offers must be endorsed on the
envelopes ' Offer for Land, Cocka
leechie,' and; addressed to the Direc
tor of Lands, Box 29SA, G.P.O., Ade
laide.

NOXIOUS WEEDS
A TTENTION of landowner* and
occupiers is directed to the
growth of Noxious Weeds through
out portions of the district, and
which include the Wild Onion, Box
thorn, Sodom Apple, Horehound and
Star Thistle.
It is imperative that every effort
be made to eradicate these weed.?
from the properties and also from
half-width of adjoining roads in ac
cordance with the provisions of the
Noxious Weeds Act.
