objects and business of the Company

gold and other metals and minerals,
which may be discovered upon or in
certain ground, the property of the
Association, and situate at Mount
Zeehan in the County of Montagu, in
the colony of Tasmania, and auch
other ground, land or property as
may hereafter be purchased, ex-
changed or otherwise acquired by, or
on behalf of the Association, and to
deal with the said sections of land, or
such other land or property as may
be acquired by the Association, by
I selling or leasing the same, or by
granting water or other rights over the
same, or in such manner aa the said
Directors shall deem best, and to do
all such other acts, deeds, matters,
and things as are incidental or con
duoive to the attainment of the
i above-named objects, and to pre-
pare for sale and sell at any place or
places in the colony of Tasmania or
1 elsewhere, any gold or other metal or
I minerals which may be obtained by

crush or smelt ore for any other com
