Town Hall, Afaequinc-streei, on WEDNESDAY,
the 24th day of October.

and in the evening, by gas light, from 7
to 9 o'clock.

The Vendor's interest in other portions of the

Burton and rented with it will be transferred to
the Purchaser of the Lot adjoining such Crown
Lands.
Possession of the different Lots will be given
on the 1st January 1861, and the leases of those
portions now let to tenants will mostly
expire in the early part of the year 1862.

IT having been found incanioi.ièiit by many
ladies to visit the "Tales of the South
Emigrant Ship, while on her present anchorage,
arrangements have been made, though the
kindness of the owner, Thomas Brown, Esq.,
for bringing the vessel alongside the New
Wharf on the morning of MONDAY, the 15th
inst., so as to enable persons desirous of engaging
female domestic servants to obtain them without
proceeding to the ship by water.
Many of the Em'gtniits remaining on board
are of a useful class, adapted to Country service
as well, as to general corner The employment,
and are in possession of certificates of good characters
and efficiency.
