youth will be given employment at one of the Company's
Collieries. Award rates of pay will apply during training
period.
Present weekly wage rates for youths are as follows:
16 Years £4/16/9.
17 Years £5/10/6
18 Years .. ?? £6/8/4.
19 Years .. ?? ?? £7/1/6.
20 Years ? £7/15/11
