On Monday afternoon two men,
James Byers and Matthew Cook, were
trapped by a rush of foul air in a
prospector's claim at Green Gully
(Vic.). They were brought to the sur
face by Constable McDonald, of New
stead, and were taken to the Castle
main Hospital in a serious condition,
