the Auditors Beport. (2). The Election of
Two Directors in place of W. M. Letchford,

Febroarr, 1879, shall continue in office until the
holding of the General Meeting in the month of
August, 1879, and such of the Directors to re
tire at such last-mentioned General Meeting
shall be such of Directors as should have re
tired under the Company's Articles at the
General Meeting in February, 1879.
2. The remuneration of the Directors shall be
determined by the Company at the Ordinary
General Meeting held in August in each year.
3. That the present Auditors shall continue
hi office until August next. The subsequent
Auditors shall be appointed at the Ordinary
General Meeting in August in each year, and
may be removed by resolution at any General
Meeting.
