Tho very, instructive and entertaining aer
ies of pictures of "Ireland To-day," depict
ing tho Knierald isle anil its puoplo, were
screened for tho last* time at tho Ilink last
ni^ht before a most appreciative nudience.
Tho films wondered all over the little green
f«lo north, sooth, enst and west. Tho
beautiful rural and coastal Hccnery was
shown to advantage, and tho stately old
buildings of Dublin and other cities claim
ed attention. Undoubtedly one of the fea
tures of this exclusive series of pictures is
tho agricultural show, 'which shows some
flfto horses and cattle besides clever jump
ing of Irish hunters in competition. "Ire
land To-day" has certainly proved a fine
attraction-to tho«c ?who haven't seen their
native land for many a day. The series
wjll bo shown down the river next week,
and with T.is-moro's excellent recommenda
tion, it should be well patronised. The
Biotint Pi"ture *-oy. having waived their
usual Friday* night's show so as to allow
tho Philharmonic Society tho use of the
"Rink Hall for their big Hospital Ilenefit
Contort on Friday, nro "submitting an ex
cellent proiTnmme to-night.. Tho star
drama Is entitled "Tho Man Kater," and
is ono of those genuine wild animal pic
