A 12-ft. blue pointer shark at

.Just when it seemed thnt the canoo
would turn over, the station ofllccr of
Cilenolg K.re Brigade (Mr. W. T. Hor
rocks), who was nn the yaehl Valkyrie, of
which his son, Mr. W. A. norrocks, is
skipper, heard their cries for help.
Yacht to Rescue
The Valkyrie drew out of tlic Plympton
Cup race in which it was competing and
went to their aid.
Miss Tyrrell and Mr. Bates were pulled
on board the yacht, nnd Inter were taken
