drag which collided with the spring-diay on Satur-
day night last near Eagle-on-thc-Hill, 1 desire that
the executive or others of the party communicate
to allow me to submit through them a (statement
of my expenses resulting from the accident, or
furnish me with the name or names of the owners
of Hie drags. I reply entirely upon the judgment
of the parry viewing the calamity to substantiate
tile equity or otherwise of my claim, and my
right to this appeal. Considering tho place and
