She packs health into the lunch box. For well
balanced meal she puts in two kinds of
sandwiches, one (lud) with vegetable filling,
other with meat, hard-cooked egg or cheese
filling. And includes piece of fresh fruit,
raw tomato or salad vegetables daily. For variety she
uses both white and wholemeal bread, cuts sandwiches
from day old loaf, spreads butter and filling
right to edge of slice, so crusts won't be left.
She softens butter and mashes with fork i
for quicker spreading. Blends in a little
milk to make it go further. Kraft Cheddar is delicious,
easy to slice, packed with nourishment.
Remember, it takes a full gallon of
milk to make a single pound of Kraft
Cheddar. That means Kraft is a first
b class body-building food.., also rich
in Vitamin A and the milk minerals,
calcium and -phosphorus which are
needed for building bones and teeth.
mconomy Tip. Buy yowu Kraft Cheddar from the Sib, loaf at
your grocer'. Each lice jus the right size for a piece of
