Births, Marriages, Deaths, Funeral and
In Memoriam Notices.
To secure insertion, announcements forwarded
for this column must be VERIFIED or EN
DORSED by some public official or well-known
resident.
The charges for each insertion of either of the
above notices is 3s., if not exceeding one inch
(10 lines or 60 words); additional space at same
rate. Funeral and Return Thanks Notices, 3s.
per inch. All advertisements ordered to appear
under these several headings must be prepaid.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
In future all notices appearing in this paper
under the above heading will be repeated in the
"WEEKLY COURIER" on payment of the
nominal fee of One Shilling. The "Courier"
circulates all over the Commonwealth.

PHILLIPS.—On the 8th July, the wife of
Henry Phillips, of Burn-street—a daugh
ter. Both doing well.
MARRIAGES.
COULSON—HILL.—On the 1st July, 1907,
at the Methodist Parsonage, Margaret-
street, by the Rev. S. C. Flockart,
George Long, only son of the late W.
P. Coulson, Rostella, East Tamar, to
Annie Louisa, second daughter of Wil
liam Hill, Windermere, East Tamar.

MEIKLE.—In fond and loving memory of
our dear daughter, Sarah Jane, who
departed this life July 13, 1901.
