THE MUSGROVE OPERATIC COM
PANY.
On rueaday evening. December 18, the
Musgrove Concert and Operatic Company
gave a very successful entertainment in the
?Gawler Institute. Miss Alice Musgrove has
a spiencua soprano voice, weu cultivated and
of good compass, and her sinking was the chief
feature of the entertainment. Miss Sophy
Musgrove has a very good contralto, bnther
chief attraction Iie3 in her efforts at the
piano. She played two_ solos with excellent
taste, her execution being at times really
brilliant. Mr. Alfred Santley sang several
songs. Mr. F. Belmont's comic representa
tions provoked roars of laughter.
