The /number of infantile paralysis
cases reported this year is the high-
est since the terrible 1916 epidemic,
the /United States Public Health
Service reported to-day ; but the
/'epidemic is rapidly declining, and
last week's cases totalled 3628 not
Including: Pennsylvania, which had
about 70 cases against the previous
week's 311». It was the third
straight-decline; The year's total is
now 36.384 vowpared to 14482 for
the same pa** tax 18««.
