THE LOAN COUNCIL.
ENTRY BY NEW SOUTH WALES.
AGREEMENT BEING DRAFTED.
Sydney, November 21.
The Premier (Mr. Bavin) returned to
day from Canberra, where he interviewed
the Prime Minister (Mr. Bruce) with re-
ference to the loan agreement.
Mr. Baviu stated that a', though Mr
Lan; had agreed at tbe Premier's con
ference to come into tlie financial agroe
rnent as from July, 1925, d? rteps had
been taken tn give effect to that ?decision.
The Prime Minister wanted to know thp

bring the matter before the State Cabinet
to-morrow. T'ae Crown Solicitor was now
sttendins to tbe drafting of the agree
ment, which, when completed, would
strengthen the position of the State in
the loan market.

the 1931 exhibition with Mr. Bruce. The
