INSOLVENCY JURISDICTION.
Vr BDNESDtv, May 27 — Before their Honors
Mr. Justice Dickinson and Mr. Justice Therry.
In the insolvency of Lnko Crow ? On the
motion of Mr. Lowe, it was ordered that this
estate be released from sequestration.
In the insolvency of Ilobert Crawford.- — Mr.
Fisher moved, upon the several affidavit's fited
with the proceedings in this estate, that the said
estate be released from sequestration..
Mr. Broadhurst opposed tho motion, on the
part of William Pendfay, sen., upon several
grounds, ono of which the Court hold to be
fatal, namely, that William Pcndrny, as ono of
the trustees under a deed of assignment, in
which three wcro appointed, had not signed the
offer. of composition ; that it was necessary throe
should sign it, which, not being done, rendered
the final acceptance of the otFer incomplete as
to the requisite number of signatures, us Jhreo
fourths in number and value had not signed it.
Tho motion was therefore refused.
