ioant," the property of the :late Dr. Brook,
situate on the St. Paul's River, about fifteen
niles from Avooa. *
The Red Rook contains 5600 acres of first
Mlass sheep land, having a frontage of more
than 7j miles on the St. Paul's River, with
rich and extensive marshes, suitable for dairy
or fattening purposes. The* property is
divided into six rens,and has a good house with
all necessary out-buildings.
Rose Mount, separated from the Red Rook
by the St. Paul's River, contains 1520 acres
of purohased land, and 500 acres rented from
the Government, all of good quality, .and, a
large proportion of which is very rich marsh
land, along the St. Paul's River.- There is a
good stone house on the property.
