temperance work of this colony bat while re-
membering this we mast not forget the other
members of the Women's Christian Temper-
ance Union, especially Mrs. J. M. Ferguson,
the president, who ia her quiet way, has done
mora than appears to be remembered, and Mrs.
Bmith, whose energy and efforts for good hate
been ceaseless siñoe tbe foundation of the
Union in Western Australia. The frequenters
of the " Sailors' Best" are greatly indebted
- for. &e provision of cheerful entertainments
to Mrs. Gibson, Mrs. Tresse, Miss Walker
and ether members of the Union.
