Cases Referred Back To
State Authority
Melbourne, November 20.
Most of the time of the Federal
executive meeting of the A.L.P. was

was ultimately agreed that the 23
members should first submit their case
to the State authority. It was stated
that, if they did this, a tribunal would
be set up to hear their appeals early
in January, and if they were then un
successful, they would have the right
to lodge a further appeal with the
Federal executive, a special meeting of
which would be held in Adelaide to
deal with all members affected.
