ed 3.L8S tons. The calcinors treated 335
tons of pyrite. Total output, 18 tons of
tin oxide. General: Polos for the trans-
mission lino to North Valley have been
erecetd for a further 60 chains, total 100
chains. The water-race has been ad-
vanced 30 chains, total 50 chains. Good
progress Is being made with repairs to
houses at Weirs. Burning oft continues.
The' sanvmtll hos been on timber the
whole term, and good results ore being
obtained.
Magnet.-Report for week ended March
9:-Rainfall: 192 points of dan have been
rèoorded for the Dast week. Water: Ar-
thur River dam, 18ft,; No. 2 dam, 57ft.
Hydro-electric plant has supplied current
for winding and pumping on day shift
continually and afternoon shift Intermit-
tently. On night shrft tho plant ls closed
¿own. No. 9 level-No. 2 S.C. drive, stope
second floor: Seconds of fair grade are
being obtained from the stope. No. 15
level-Main stope, soventh floor: Seconds
of poor grade are being won from this
stopo. S.P.W.C. stope, seventh floor: This
stope ls producing seconds and firsts of
good grade. Output: 20 tons of crudes,
assaying GO.Soz. silver, 44.7 por cent. lead,
and 10 tons of concentrates, assaying
93.40Z, silver, C2.8 per cont, lead, have
been produced from 114 tons of seconds.
