The match between the Australian
Eleven and a team representative of
the Cambridge University mg continued
at Cambridge to-day.
The weather was again delightfully fine,
and the wicket was fast, while there was a
fair attendance of spectators to witness
the resumption of the game.
Taylor and Pcnn, the not-out men of the
previous day, resumed their places at the
wickets, and the former, after adding 23
to hU score, was bowled by' Howell. Peon,
without making any addition to his total,
was given out leg before wicket off Noble's
bowling, and Hind, who succeeded him,
had only made two runs, when he was
caught by Worrall off Noble.
Hawkins remained not out for 11, and
the Cambridge innings closed for 436 runs.
