JUSTICES' ASSOCIATION.
A mock court trial was held last night
for the first time in Adelaide by the
round-table section of the Justices' Asso-<*>
ciation. The skeleton of the case, which
was under the Masters and Servants
A_. was prepared by Mr. 1!- P. A. yon
Bertouch. The plaintiff's case was part
heard, and tlie hearing was adjourned
until the next monthly meeting. The
judge was Mr. K. H. Kir—nan; the plain
tiff, Mr. George Tide-—nn; the defendant,
Mr. H. J. Friedrif—s; counsel for the
plaintiff, Captain D. Menzies; junior Mr.
