BEARDON.—On November 24, at their resi-
dence, Swanbourne House, Swanbourne-terrace,
Cottesloe Beach, to Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Bear-
don—a daughter (Joan Myra). Both well. Lon-

HILL.—On December 3, at 27 Wasley-street,
North Perth, to Mr. and Mrs. C. Gordon Hill—
a daughter (Bernice Hamilton).
LANGSFORD (nee Melva Stacey).—On Decem-
ber 3, at Elsinore, Nurse Jones's Private Hos-
pital, Marmion-street, Cottesloe, to Mr. and
Mrs. Eckersly Langsford, of Quairading—a
daughter.
RABBISH.—On December 7, at Kondenong,
Williams, to Mr. and Mrs. H. E. (Bert) Rabbish
—a son. Both well.
DEATHS.
BATEMAN.—On December 8, Harry Ronald,
dearly beloved son of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar J.
Bateman, (Public Works Department) Roe-
bourne. Age 7.
GRANT.—On December 6, at her daughter's
residence, Albany, the dearly beloved wife of
Charles Grant, mining engineer, Ravensthorpe,
aged 63 years and 10 months. Respected and
beloved by all. God claimed His own. Eastern
papers please copy.
MARQUAND.—On December 9, at the resi-
dence of his sister Mrs. T. J. Jackman, "The
Chalet" South Perth, Harry Du Rosel Marquand
at the age of 83 years.
NASH.—On December 9, 1919, at Perth Public
Hospital, John, dearly-beloved husband of Hen-
rietta Nash, father of Bob, Ciss, and Bill, and
son-in-law of Mrs. S. Fuller, aged 51 years.
THURKLE.—On November 22, 1919, Mr. George
Western Thurkle passed away at his residence
Adelaide-street, Busselton, beloved father of
Emma, Nellie, Mary, George, Hannah, Dolly,
and Tom.
TULLER.—On December 6, at her daughter's
residence, Waverley, Sydney, the dearly loved
mother of Mrs. E. H. Golding, Wellington-ter-
race, South Fremantle; Mrs. C. J. Totterdell,
Waverley, Sydney; Mr. B. M. Tuller, Collie;
Mr. H. C. Pitman, Nedlands; Mrs. J. Stokes,
Geraldton; and loving sister of Mrs. Dixon,
Perth; aged 75 years. Deeply regretted.
