EXPORT TRADE.
EARLY REMOVAL OF RESTRIUfIONS.
London, Dec. 13.
The Minister of Reconstruction (Dr. Ad
dison), ip a speech at the Connaught.
Rooms, said it would be impossible to
abandon export permits so long as the
blockade continued, as there must be some
control. We were under an obigation to
assist the Allies, and had already taken
steps in that direction, but would restore
the export trade as soon as possible. About
300 articles of export had been already re
leased, of which only 60 were exportable
to the British possessi.
