Industrial Organisaticn has called upon
three of its oficers to resign became of

Commenting upon the matter today, the
Minister for Defence (Senator Pearce) said:
--"Messrs. Ovenden, Glance, and Moore have
joined the noble army of martyrs. I
know Mr. Glance. He was for many years
secretary of the larest union on the gold
fields in Western Australia. Like so many
of his old associates. he championed the
cause of the Nationalists and now his fel-
lows with that fine spirit of charity which
seems to characterise that section of union-
ists which supported the Official Labour
