Idle and Disorderly.-Minnie Jackman was
sentenced to two months' imprisonment. on
a' charge of being an idle and disorderly
person.
.Doubly Charged.-:-Charges of (1) creating
a disturbance in Murray-street, and (2) re
sistiig arrest. on.tho previous night were
preferred against James Paisley, a labourer,
32 years of age. After evidehce he was fi?d:
10s. on each charge.
. Dismissed.--A complaint by Isabelle
Oughton, charging Mary Byrne, her niece,
\with unlawfully detaining certain articles of
furniture valued at £2 6s. 6d. belonging to
her,. was dismissed.
