ENGLISH JOURNALISTS
IN GELRMANY.
NOTABLE RECEPTIONS.
London, June 6.'
The forty English journalists who
are on a visit to Germany as the guests
of the Germans have been accorded
notable receptions by Prince Luitpold,
the Regent of Bavara, and the public
bodies of Munich.
Yesterday the visitors made a trium
phal entry into Cologne, to the accom
paniment of singing and instrumental
music. At a banquet tendered them
by the citizens of Cologne, the pro
ceedings were marked by great cor
diality. A significant incident of tie
banouet was the cheeiing with which
the mention of King Edward's name
was greeted by the Germans.
