The Directors submit lor the consideration of Shareholders the balance-sheet of the
Bank as on the 27th March, 1893 (which includes the London Branch Accounts to 31st
December. 1892), together with the statements of Profit and Loss Aeoount and Reeerve
Fond.

An interim dividend at the rate of Seven Founds per centum per annum was paid in
November last.
The General AnnmJ Tff«M>H"g will be held at the Exchange-room, Old Exchange, Pirie
street, Adelaide, on Wednesday, the 3rd Hay, 1893, at 11 o'clock a.m.. at which the shareholders
will be called npon to elect two Directors in place of Messrs. Henry Bymfll and James
Smith, who retire by rotation. Mr. Smith offers himself for re-election, but Mr. Bymill
does not do bo. '
The Shareholders will also have to elect two Auditors for the coming year, and fix the
remuneration for those of the past year.
Since last report the branches a* Kingston and Kenmark hare been closed.
It is with much regret your directors report the death on 6th December, 1802, of Mr.
Alexander Gavin Anderson, who as a Director in London rendered the Bank valuable eer
■vice.
The vacancy on the London Board has not yet been filled.
