With the projected visit of the Eng
lish Eleven to AJbury at Christmas,
the game Has taken a jump forward.
New clubs have applied for admission
to both the "A" and "B" grades.

The Euroa and District Association
promises to have a strong „and inter
esting competition thife season. Most
of the teams have held tlieir annual
meetings, and seven of,+ them have
decided to enter for xhe Ferguson
shield competition. The teams com
peting are. Euroa, Taptleugli. Long-
wood (last year's premiers),- Huffy.
Euroa Wednesdays, Strntlibogie. The
teams who took part last year but
are n'ot competing this year are Castle
Creek, Moglonemby and Violet Town.
