The tirst load of wheat was de
livered at the railway station on No
vember 17 by Mr W. Mossop. It
consisted of Pi bags of Mac's White,
and was a very good sample grown
oil Mr W. X I 'Dona Id's farm. The crop
is averaging seven bags to the acre.
.The wheat was received for the Vol
untary Wheat Pool. This is the
earliest load received for three years,
the dates for 19 22 and 19 23 having
been November 2S and November 21
respectively. The load was the first
for die season at any place on the
Muirayville-Ouyen line.
