Shipping Intelligence.
ARRIVALS.
From London, on Friday last, having
sailed from thence the 29th of July, the
barque Fanny (275 tons), Captain Sher-
wood, with 91 female prisoners, and
9 children. Surgeons Superintendent,
Francis Logan, Esq., and William Mar-
shall, Esq. of the Royal Navy.
From Rio Janeiro and Hobart Town,
on Sunday, having sailed from the former
place on the 4th of November, and the
latter the 27th of January, the schooner
Sydney Packet (83 tons), Captain Drys-
dale, with a general cargo. Passengers,
Mr. J. L Spyer, supercargo ; Mr. Wil-
liam Gold, and Mr. John Kenny, from
Rio.
From Launceston, yesterday, whence
she sailed the 28th of January, the
schooner Friendship, Hastings master.
Lading, wheat, &c. Passengers, Rev.
Mr. Price, Mrs. Price, Mr. Le Vine,
and Mr. Allison.
DEPARTURES.
For New Zealand, on Sunday, the
brig Sarah, Jack master, with sundries.
For Newcastle, yesterday, the steamer
William IV.
A ship in sight from the northward
on Sunday and yesterday, supposed to
be a whaler.
