SALE OF LAND.
AT Eleven o'clock of Thursday,
the 9th day of July next, the Collector of
Internal Revenue will put up to AUCTION, in
the George-street, Market Building, Letter C, the
undermentied PORTIONS OF LAND, on the
conditions authorised by Government.
Further information respecting the Land may be
obtained from the Surveyor General ; and respect
ing the conditions from the Collector of Internal
Revenue.
1. Macquarie. Fifty acres, parish unnamed, bounded
on the west by the first Rawdon Island Creek. Ap-
plied for by Joseph Phillips. Price 5s. per acre.
2. Macquarie, One hundred and fifty acres, parish
unnamed, on the branch of the River Hastings,.Ap-
plied for by Simon Elliott. Price 5s. per acre.
3. Macquarie, Six hundred and forty acres, more
or less, parish unnamed, bounded on the west by the
Manning River, at the crossing place on the road to
Port Stephens to Port Macquarie. Applied for by
Hugh M'Kay. Price 5s. per acre.
4. Macquarie, six hundred and forty acres, parish
unnamed, on the Manning River. Applied for by
William Wynter. Price 5s. per acre.
5. Brisbane, One thousand and thirty-two acres
more or less, parish unnamed, at Mururundi Rock,
at the head of Page's River, where the present cart
track leaves Page's River. Applied for by Henry
Dangar, Henry Incledon, Pilcher, and John Britten.

6. Bathurst, Six hundred and forty acres, parish
unnamed, on the Bell River, Molong. Applied for
by William Lee, Price 3s. per acre.
7. Bathurst, Nine hundred and sixty acres, parish
unnamed, on the Bell River near Molong. Applied
for by William Lee. Price 5s. per acre.
