street, a choice assortment of JEWELLERY, se-
lected from the rich and fashionable stock of Bland
and Foster, Jewellers to His Majesty. The Pro-
prietor, whose stay in Sydney will be very short,
solicits the attention of the Public to his Stock,
which, for beauty, cheapness, and real value, is
perior to any thing hitherto offered for sale in these
Colonies. His Stock consists of Ear-rings, Rings,
Brooches, Pins, Seals, Keys, &c. &c. Terms—
Ready Money.
P. QUIGLEY has just got to hand,
by the last Arrivals from England, a farther
supply of GOODS, in addition to his former Stock,
the whole of which he still is selling off at much
reduced prices, and will continue to do so until the
22d of the present Month, when, what then remains
of his Stock will be disposed of by Public Auction,
to make room for an entirely fresh assortment, selected
for his new Establishment, to commence in May first,
under the firm of Quigley and Son.

commend to his Friends and the Public in his present
Stock, as Goods well worth their notice, are as fol-

whole of that valuable Property situated in Market-
street, fronting the same, and bounded on the east by
Kent-street, as presently possessed by Mr. Flood
and others. Any comment upon this subject is
quite unnecessary; suffice it to say, its near neigh-
bourhood to the Market Wharf, and other local
advantages renders it superiorly answerable for a
Tavern or any other public business. The one-half
of the purchase money may remain in the hands of
the buyer for 3 months, upon good security being
given, and the Sale will take place on the Premises,
at Twelve o'Clock at Noon, on the day of Sale. For
further particulars, apply to the Proprietor.
N. B. A great many accounts due to P. Q. remain
still unsettled since he last advertised for payment,
