Melbonrne. January 22.
The R.M.S. Ylotorla !a now" being
thoroughly fumigated, and moat of her
passengers have undergone vaccination.
One hundred and fourteen were landed ab
the Forb Melbourne pier this afternoon.
Of these 14 were for New Zealand, nine
for New South Wales, two for Tasmania,
and the remainder for this colony.
Four the 30 passengers who landed
In Adelaide haye been traced to Mel
bourne, and will be subject to a visit
from the health Inspectors. The authori
ties here blame the medical Inspector In
Adelaide for not having enquired more
closely Into the cause of the lascar'a Ill
ness before granting the vessel pratique.
