James Russdl, seaman, was ciarged ou fcne
information of Charles Alexander Brown,
licensed victualler, with disturbing the peace
and good order of the Prince's Hotel on the
evening of the previous day Defendant, who
said he was druulr at the time, and did not
remember anything of the occurrence, was
prdered to pay a tine of £2, in default to be
imurisone-d for seven days wirh hard-labor.
