Whereas the Schedule to By-law Mum- 1
ber 66 the resolution for passing which 1
said by-law was agiccd to by the council
cf the said CUp of Caultteld, on the 8Ui
day of June, V937. and confirmed on the
17th day of August, 1937. and approved
by the Governor In Council on the 22nd
day of November. 1937, was amended by
B)-1aw Number 74. the resolution foi
passing which lastmcntloned by-law was
agreed to by the said council on the 4th
day ot May, 1943, and confirmed on the
1st day of Jum, 1943, and approved by
the Governor In Council cn the 20th day
ol June. 1943, which said By-law Number
74 struck out and excluded from the Schcd-
u.c of the said By-law No. 66, and re
pealed as part of the said Schedule area
21, and substituted tor the said area 21,
Hie area act forth nnd described in the
Schedule to the said By-law Number 74.
And whereas the said council has decided
to repeal the said By-law Number 74 ana
to substitute foi the said area described In
the Schedule thereof, the area set forth
and described In the Schedule hereto.
Now In pursuance of the powers conferred

sthcr power enabling them In this behalf,
the Mayor. Councillors und Citizens of the
City of Cnulileld ORDER as toilows: —
1. The suld By-law Number 74 shall be
and is hereby repealed and revoked.
2. For the said area set forth and de
scribed In the Schedule to the said
By-law No. 74. thero shall be sub
stituted the said area set forth nnd
described in the Schedule hereto, nnd
the said lastmcntloned area Is hereby
declared to be a prescribed residential
area within the meaning of the Local
Government Acts, and shall be and
be deemed to be area' 21 In the Sched
ule to the aald By-law Number 00 In
the place and stead of the said area so
set forth In the sold By-law Numbef
74.
3. On nnd from the date of the coming
Into operation of thle By-law.
(a) The said area of land set forth In the
Schedule hereto shall be substituted
for the- said area of land being area
21 so . struck out and excluded from
the said Schedule to By-law -Number
68, as aforesaid.
