The weather was fine, but there was not
aa much galloping as usual yesterday morn
ing, as the tracks were heavy.
On tho Steeplechase Course (grass).
ALARIC (A. Breasley) went a mile In t.47,
doing the llrst half mile .In 52% and six
furlongs In l.xor, . HFAimT.'k'iM nv
and OLD DAYS (P. Morgan) registered five
furlongs in X.8',4, REVISION <K. Scott) ac
counted for a mile In X.53V4. SCULP1N (E.
Baxter), HUGO GIPSY (O. Phillips) and
EARL LEICESTER ran three furlongs In
38 V4. SOLTOI strode leisurely for a mile, as
did BOONGARRY . and TOLTEC. RIDDLE
also strode a mile, but did tho laat two
furlongs in 27)4. CHARLES FOX was re
stricted to even time for live furlongs.
PLANKTON went half a mile In 54".. BEAU-

LOYOLA was even time for a similar dis

ber. YOMO (It. Jennings) Jumped six brush

shaped satisfactory in a lesson over six
