FIGHTING TO A FINISH.
MELBOUBNE, November 12.
A Melbourne anti-conscription conference
to-night was held in private. It was
stated after the conference, however, that
the delegates were convinced that, notwithstanding
the fact that the national service
referendum was' now practically defeated,
they should not relax their opposition
to the conscription __ proposal, _ until
