accused had come down from Horsham on Satur
day to try and induce his wife to return. But

had mapped in his bead," and if he had said
the words he had no recollection of doing so.
Accwed was fined £2 on .each of the two
rharges, and was ordered to pay £15 damages.
Two months' time to which to settle was fixed.
