With Summer so close, a well appointed table—
®POtless in its linen and attractively set with
dainty accessories— often gives a zest to hunger
that the most delicate meal would lack if not
pleasantly served. I have some .Tam and Jelly
Dishes that aro sweetly pretty and very small in
cost. All have sterling silver plate frames, co
vers and handles, with crystal glass containers.
Ouo at 10/6 has a ruby glass edge; another is in
- the form of a bowl of exquisitely cut glass, shin
ing with many facets, at 7/6; a third of opalino
glass, with a sterling silver plated spoon on rest
of leaf pattern, at 15/. The combination of crys

Eng.. writes to the editor of the Christian World as
follows:— "Highbury. Dear Sir,— It haviug been my
good fortune to meet several patients of Dr. Ala-
one. I feel bound to add my testimony as to the
success of his treatment, having proved it by per
sonal observation of the changes affected in their
appearance, and their gratifying statements made by
their own free will. I have seen cases pronounced
"utterly incurable' by the highest chest specialists
quite recover. I therefore feel it a duty to write, ex
pressing ray gratification and surprise at their re
covery." Some unscrupulous persons are offering pre
parations purporting to be Dr. Alabonc's remedies for
Consumption, and said to be made in accordance
with Ills formula. Such statements are ab-olutejy
false in every detail. No person has any uuthority

continue to be taken, against such unwarrantable use
of Dr. Alabonc's name.. Dr. Alabonc's .treatment is
specially adapted to every ease, according to its type
and symptoms. These supposed remedies therefore
constitute a real danger to those upon whom thev
are foisted; it will thus be seen that euffcrers should
put themselves in direct communication with Dr.
