Rathmines-road, Hawthorn, the wife of John S. Calla-
ghan of a son.
CUMMING.— At " Finsbury," Berry-street, Clifton
Hill, the wife of Geo. R. Cumming of a son.
FISHER.— On the 10th February, at Ashburton, High-
street, the wife of Edward Fisher of a son. Both doing

BOWER.— On Monday evening, 15th February, at corner
of Derby and Oxford streets, Collingwood, Ellen, the
beloved wife of J. A. Bower, aged 52 years.
BOWKER.— On the 13th February, at Windsor, Minnie
Elizabeth, second daughter of John Bartlam Bowker,
and granddaughter of Mrs. C. E. Jordan, late of Kyne-
ton, aged 15 years.
BRYCE.— On the 14th of February, at her late residence,
27 Barry-street, South Yarra, Fanny, the wife of William
Bryce, and beloved mother of Percy and James.
DAVIS.— On the 15th February, at his late residence, 32
Carlton-street, Carlton, James Joseph, the dearly be-
loved husband of Catherine Davis, aged 63 years.
DOWDELL.— On the 15th February, at Taroona, Lynd-
hurst-crescent, Hawthorn, Charles Dowdell, in the 64th
year of his age.
GARDNER.— On the 12th February, at his [her] residence,
Lydiard-street South, Elizabeth Catherine, the beloved
wife of William Gardner, governor of H. M. Gaol, Ballarat,
aged 49 years.
GRIFFITHS.— On the 15th February, at her residence,
Ulster-place, Spring-street, Melbourne, suddenly, the be-
loved wife of John Edmund Griffiths, aged 50 years and

Windsor, George James, dearly beloved only child of
George and Charlotte Hodges, aged 16 months.

aged 28 years, late of Gateshead, England.
JAMES.— On the 14th February, at her residence,
Arawata, Rose-street, Armadale, Sarah James, beloved
sister of Mrs. Dobbs, of Toorak-road, South Yarra, of
heart disease.
LIGHTFOOT.— On the 14th February, drowned whilst
boating in the Brisbane River, Queensland, Thomas
Charles, aged 26, electrician, the eldest son of Thomas
Hancock Lightfoot, surveyor, Victorian Railways, and
James-street, Northcote.
MacGREGOR.— On the 11th February, at her late resi-
dence, Elwood-street, Elwood, Mary MacGregor, aged 70,
a colonist of 40 years.
PUNCH.— At his residence, 114 Brunswick-street, North
Fitzroy, John D. Punch, Iate Victoria-street, aged 30
years.
SHINKFIELD.— On the 15th February, at her residence,
High-street, Windsor, Annie, the beloved wife of H. E.
Shinkfield, second daughter of the late George Keen,
Toorak-road, South Yarra.
SMITH.— On the 15th February, at the residence of her
son-in-law (Mr. Frederick Search, Pinegrove, Fleming-
ton), Elizabeth, widow of the late Samuel Smith, of Sta-
pleton Cottage, Caroline-street, South Yarra, and
formerly of Bristol, England, aged 84 years.
TRAMPENBERG.— On the 15th February, at his late
residence, 132 Swan-street, Richmond, Louis, the dearly
beloved husband of Amelia Trampenberg, aged 58 years.
