By-law lO.-Any governor being, nbsom, from the
colony of Victoria may, by power of attorney con
taining the neccasury powers, excrulso all the
privileges to which he would be entitled if per
sonally present; but such power of attorney shall
be deposited with tho committee for record at
least seven days before tho same can bo used lu
exercise of such privilege.
Tho following to be added, after tho words, "person
ally present,
" Provided, however, in the caso of a new subscriber,
no such, power of attorney shall have forcu or
effect until twelve months after payment of tho
nubHcription."
By-law 63.— Ail bequests niado to tho Institution shall,
subject to . any conditions und9r which such
Bequests arc made, bo in the first instance paid to
a separate fund, to bo called tho "Endowment
Fund, ami all or any moneys for tho time being
in such fund may lm from time to timo invested
or reinvested iu such manner as the Committed
