in view of the fact that tbe Government
has agreed to compensate the retiring En-
Eineer-in-Chief by a sum eq.ua.1 to 13
months' salary, the Government will now
proceed to firmly establish this practice so
that It -Kill apply to all public servants
who are forced through incompetency to
sever their connection with the State "servioe.
