scale cease fire talks in Korea between
United? Nations and Communist delega
tions wilt commence to-morrow.
The Unitsd Nations and

met at Kaesong yesterday
in preliminary talks, and de
cided to continue the dis
cussions tornorrow_

NEUTRAL GROUND
General Ridgway had de

Korea ceased, Britain should not
relax in its defence efforts.
