N'COTE'S POLISHED
WIN OVER OAKLEIGH
By HERB. COOMBES. Former Carnival Umpire.
Excelling in the air, and playing with rare dash and determination,
Northcote gave a polished display to lead throughout. Oak
leigh played doggedly, but lacked cohesion and failed to dispose
of the ball with accuracy, leaving Northcotc to run out easy
winners.
