WEDDING.
BRIDE AND BRIDEGROOM, BRIDESMAIDS AND PAGE.

M'KENZlE—BRUCE.
A large and fachionable congregation was
present at Holy Trinity Church, Kew, on Wednes-
day, 13th November, to witness the marriage of
Lieutenant J. M'D. M'Kenzie, Victorian Field
Artillery, eldest son of the Rev. Daniel M'Kenzie,
of "The Manse," Clifton Hill, with Miss Mary
Eva Bruce, second daughter of Mr. George Bruce,
of "Fernhurst," Kew. The Rev. W. G. Hindley,
incumbent
of
Holy Trinity Church, officiated.
The church decorations were prettily arranged
by "ill friend-of the bride.
They consisted of

Tiie
graceful
bride, WHO was given away by her lather, wore a
handsome trained bridal lobe of ivory brocade of
feather design : the bodice front was formed of
chiDon -. over the large sleeves fell rich epaulettes,
of exquisite duthesse point (gift from her mother);
on her hair » prctt.v wreath of orange buds was
worn (originally worn by her
mother), with
a
frrscefuliy' arranged veil.
'The bridesmaids
who
followed were Miss May liruce, Miss Ida Godfrey,
Misses Edith, Irene and Ida Uruce.

finished with natural-looking

Miss Dorothy M'Kwizie. followed

Sutler, cousin of the bride,
the latter wearing a Court
suit of white satio, with
three-sornered hat, richly
plumed. Miss Dorothy wote
a dainty long frock of laceinserted
muslin, with a quaint
Dutch bonnet. Tne flowers
were from Paton's. the bride
carrvinir a handsome Austral
bouquet of white flowers, tied
with a broad satin fash, and
the bridesmaids' rustic crooks
mounted with yellow flowers,
and bronze ferns. The bridegroom's
gift to the bride was
a handsome chain bangle;
to the bridesmaids gold initial
finger rings. The bride's gift
to "the bridegroom was a
diamond pin. Tne bridegroom
was supported by Mr. James
Pyffe, Lieut. X. Derham, 2nd

red and pink roses ; ivory sailor hat, with red ana

skirt consisting of fawn coloured bark

made perfectly plain and falling in many flutes at

lighter shade, handsomely trimmed with
bronze
and fa>vn beads; passementerie toque of bronze
spaugle wings, tulle and lilac,
flowers.
