and although the principal points had previously oozed
out in some form or other before tho text itsolf reached
the dignity of newspaper type, still the perusal of the
document in its entirety snows that the objects for
which the -*var was undertaken have boen substantially
gained, with certain advantages which cannot fail to
benefit tlio commerce of Europe and woild ?
