An application was made to Mr. Justice
Pring hi Chambers on .Tuesday morning on
behalf !of- William SJattery to' continue the
injunction obtained last week . against
Stephen Keers, George Skelmardine, ana
Henry ' Eastwood until the hearing of the
suit. .Mr. Watt, instructed by. Mr, | . H.
Drew, appeared on oenair oi ine appm-Kuw
and Mr. Lingen, instructed by Mr. E. H
Gardner, appeared for the respondents,
who are officers of the New South Wales ?
-Society ;of Felt Hatters. -The injunction
was ono to restrain tlio respondents from
inducing John Anderson, manager of the
Sydney Hat Manufacturing Company to
break his contract of employment with the
plaintiff'^or to cease to employ him. The
'application was granted, costs to be costs
in 'the case.
